Reality Desk lets us get a clear understanding of whether your Core Values really are your Core Values.

Participants are asked to score the organisation on a numerical scale according to their perception of what is reality and what is not, essentially turning the ‘volume’ up and down like a mixing desk depending on how loudly or clearly they experience those Core Values.

The two criteria are: whether each Core Value is relevant and whether it is authentic for the organisation.

Reality Desk tells us where we may have a specific disconnect between what we claim the organisation is, and what it actually feels like to the people who work there, so  we know where to focus our attention.
