Here are the details and rules for the Culture Bus Giveaway, with two seats up for grabs
(one for Johannesburg and one for Cape Town).

1. Organiser:
This Giveaway is organised by Happy Sandpit.

2. Who Can Enter?
Open to HR students and junior HR associates in South Africa.
* You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
* Employees of Happy Sandpit and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. How Do I Enter?
It’s easy! Here’s what you need to do:
1. Like and share the official giveaway post on LinkedIn.
2. Complete this sentence in the comments: “If I was the Head of Culture for my organization, I would do the following on Day One: __________.”
3. Submit your entry by 11:59 PM SAST on Thursday, 24 July 2025.

4. Number of Winners
* We’ll select two winners in total:
* One winner for Johannesburg (5-7 August 2025)
* One winner for Cape Town (16-18 September 2025)

5. How Are Winners Selected?
* Winners will be chosen based on creativity and relevance of their comment.
* A panel of judges from Happy Sandpit will handle the selection.
* Winners will be announced on Friday, 25 July 2025 on LinkedIn.

6. What’s the Prize?
* Winners will get one (1) seat on the Culture Bus for the Three-Day Field Trip.

The prize includes:
* Visits to six top organisations
* Access to workshops and insider talks
* Transport between host companies on the Culture Bus
* Meals and snacks during the field trip

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

7. What’s Not Included?
* Winners are responsible for arranging and covering:
* Travel to the event city (Johannesburg or Cape Town)
* Accommodation if required

8. Prize Acceptance
* Winners will be contacted via LinkedIn.
* Winners must confirm their acceptance within three (3) days of being notified. If a winner does not respond in time, the prize may be forfeited and offered to an alternate participant.

9. Liability
* Happy Sandpit is not responsible for any travel delays, cancellations, or other issues preventing winners from attending.
* Happy Sandpit is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

10. General
* By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
* Happy Sandpit reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
* Any personal information provided will be handled in line with Happy Sandpit’s privacy policy.
