culture solutions
Every organisation has a culture.
The real question is whether it is intentional or accidental. At Happy Sandpit, we help companies design cultures that people are proud to work in. Cultures where values are lived, not laminated, and leadership sets the tone instead of the PowerPoint.
our culture solutions
CORE VALUES
It’s common today for organisations to go through a process of selecting Core Values … and then live them as if they’re little more than vague preferences. In so doing, they miss the benefits of greater alignment of things like behaviours and decision making, which a set of Core Values can deliver, when lived obsessively.
CULTURE PROJECTS
Some things take time. Whether it is developing a new employee induction (and re-induction) process, writing a fresh and vibrant Employee Value Proposition, performing an end-to-end culture shift, or refocusing a senior executive team, we’ve run the gamut in financial services, banking, aviation, mining, telecommunications, automotive and FMCG retail.
CULTURE DEFINITION
Culture does not eat strategy for breakfast. Culture lends life to strategy, without which strategy is devoid of love. That’s the underpinning idea of the Road Trip immersion in which teams are challenged to plan out a road trip, tightly linking culture and strategy in a perfect plan that enables them to develop a meaningful and reflective Culture Manifesto to guide and inspire the organisation going forward.
WORKSHOPS & TEAMBUILDING
Sometimes the best work a team can do to develop relationships, trust and empathy, or to find the motivation to be great, comes from the inside out. Sometimes all that’s needed is a catalyst for thinking. In our short format workshops, short- and long-format talks, and teambuilding activities (always thoughtful, rarely physical), we focus on delivering the kick start to set you off on the next step of your journey to be an exceptionally engaged team.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Culture only works when leaders agree on it, and work to build it, protect it and live it through their daily words and actions. Our leadership development work focuses on team building at the executive and management levels to promote a single, unified culture.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY…
The attention we received from [HAPPYSANDPIT] was really top-notch. The material is detailed and I felt like I might be overwhelmed before we got started, but three days later, I was able to do it on my own, and have since delivered many successful workshops. It’s really amazing how well and how fast it all came together
