The Two Day Culture Laboratory

Measurable tools to build + sustain workplace culture

Culture drives engagement. Engagement encourages the desired discretionary mindsets that inspire people to give more, do more, try harder, practice care and attention and take ownership for their results. This is why culture is, and always has been, the whole ball game. But while it’s easy to understand, it’s not always so easy to design, build and manage. The Two Day Culture Laboratory is about managing and measuring your culture to ensure you don’t run low on the chemistry that makes your team bond, strengthen and grow.

What is Two Day Culture Laboratory

The Two Day Culture Lab is an immersive workshop designed to cut through the noise and focus on what truly matters.
Over two transformative days, you’ll gain the tools and insights needed to identify the right things to measure,
understand how to measure them effectively, and critically assess what can, cannot, should, and should not be measured.
This isn’t about overwhelming you with data or formulas—it’s about fostering clarity and intentionality in how you approach
measurement and management. By the end, you’ll have a deeper understanding of how thoughtful metrics can shape decision-making, drive alignment, and unlock the full potential of your culture.
